Based on current guidance and out of an abundance of caution, the American Cancer Society Making Strides of the Emerald Coast committee has decided to convert the in-person event on Saturday, October 16 at Northwest Florida State College into a drive thru event. The COVID-19 situation remains uncertain and fluid, and our goal is to respond in a way that best meets the health and safety needs of those who rely on us. The safety of our cancer survivors, volunteers, and staff always comes first. We are extremely grateful to all the cancer survivors, volunteers and sponsors who have worked to make the Making Strides of the Emerald Coast a success. Your efforts will make an impact on those fighting cancer. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time, and we appreciate your continued support and dedication to the American Cancer Society’s mission.
