Shelter House, a local domestic violence center, is holding monthly meetings and quarterly orientations for volunteers throughout the community. Meetings are held the first Thursday of every month at 5:30 p.m. Please call 243-1201 to RSVP or to get more information about volunteering with Shelter House. See the 2010 schedule below:

Shelter House is the state-certified domestic violence shelter serving victims of domestic violence in Okaloosa and Walton counties. Services provided include 24-hour hotline, crisis counseling, advocacy, outreach, prevention and confidential shelter.
